Previously, using AI was mainly just chatting, asking questions, or having it help write things, but after seeing that BAI tweet, I became curious if it could really help me get some work done, so I downloaded and tried it out.

BAIclaw is a macOS application they developed, with a graphical interface, no need for command line or coding.
Main features:
1. Intelligent Interaction: Provides an immersive chat interface, supports Markdown rendering, code highlighting, and allows switching between different agents via @Agent.
2. Multi-Agent Intelligent Routing: Supports creating multiple custom agents, each with independent memory and skills, suitable for tasks requiring division of labor.
3. Multi-Channel Integration: Can visually bind popular platforms like Telegram, Discord, enabling AI to respond and execute directly within these channels.
4. Skill Extension: Built-in Skill Marketplace, supports browsing and one-click installation of skills, no complex configuration needed. Currently, many pre-installed skills are available, with new skills to be added in the future.
BAIclaw uses a local operation mode, data stays on the local machine, only paying for the API costs of the models used.
Operation Guide:
1. Download and Install: Go to download the latest version, drag it into the "Applications" folder to install.
2. Initial Setup: Open the app, enter your API Key, and it’s recommended to enable "Launch at login" in settings for long-term use.
3. Basic Usage:
Enter natural language commands in the chat interface to start.
When multi-agent collaboration is needed, you can create and switch agents in the corresponding panel.
To use on platforms like Telegram, bind them in the configuration center.
New skills can be browsed and installed in the Skill Marketplace.
Scheduled tasks can be visually set up in the scheduler.
BAIclaw is suitable for users who want to use AI as a practical tool, especially in scenarios aiming to reduce manual operations and achieve a certain level of automation.
The Windows version is reportedly also in development.
