Crypto World News reports that Dan Morehead, founder and CEO of Pantera Capital, stated that the cryptocurrency market may be undervalued, compared to AI stocks, which appear overheated after a strong rally. He pointed out that this is one of the biggest divergences he has seen between the two sectors. Morehead believes that although artificial intelligence is very important, its current prices seem to have already fully reflected its value, while cryptocurrencies appear to be extremely cheap. Internal data from Pantera shows that the leading AI company index is currently trading at a premium of 33% above its four-year trend, while Bitcoin is below its historical trajectory by as much as 43%. He noted that investor enthusiasm has clearly shifted toward AI, even though cryptocurrencies are still trying to regain momentum amid broader adoption and progress in US regulation. Morehead believes that the current imbalance creates opportunities for long-term investors and pointed out that the four-year cycle in the crypto market is real.
