CryptoWorld News reports that the Pentagon says the United States has already spent approximately $25 billion on the conflict with Iran. At a hearing of the House Armed Services Committee, Acting Comptroller General Hurst from the U.S. Department of Defense released what is to date the most comprehensive cost estimate and told lawmakers that most of this money was spent on ammunition. U.S. Secretary of Defense Hagel also attended the hearing and testified.
