Tractor Supply Co. partnered with ITG in late 2025 to centralize its promotional content using ITG’s Storyteq platform, resulting in a 32% reduction in email marketing costs. This collaboration allows Tractor Supply’s in-house creative teams to focus on higher-value work, while the AI-powered platform automates content delivery across various touchpoints and scales personalization. The company, which operates over 2,400 stores across 49 states, expects further savings and efficiencies from this repeatable and scalable model.
