Last night I almost went all in, my hand was already on the confirm button... Then I thought something was off, took a sip of water, placed my phone on the table for five minutes, and when I came back I chickened out. To be honest, the best match for a big gamble is "staying up all night watching the market + rapid heartbeat," if your sleep is already poor, it's basically trading sleep for emotional swings.

Grid/DCA (the kind of batch buying and selling) I think is more like adding a speed limiter for yourself; making money might be slower, but at least you won't be woken up in the middle of the night by a needle. Recently, that mainstream public chain is upgrading/maintaining, and everyone in the group is guessing whether the ecosystem will migrate. I’m even less daring to rush in now, as the rules state: during times of high uncertainty and many messages, you can only trade small positions slowly, otherwise, you’re prone to revenge trading when nervous. For now, sleeping is more important than "winning big."
