I’ve recently seen the group start talking about “grid/DCA or going all-in” again. To put it plainly: what you’re ultimately assembling isn’t just profit—it’s your sleep quality. Going all-in feels pretty awesome, but you have to accept that every day, the first thing you do after waking up is grab your phone to check whether you’ve been pricked, whether you got liquidated, and whether your emotions are chained to the candles. Grid/DCA is like breaking your emotions up a bit—take it slow. Whether you end up making money or not can be put aside for now; at least you won’t wake up in the middle of the night.

From a safety perspective, it’s even more realistic: no matter how solid your strategy is, if you hand out permissions carelessly, you still won’t be able to sleep. Especially now, when testnet incentives and points expectations are getting hyped like crazy—everyone’s gambling on whether the mainnet will actually issue tokens. And then you get a bunch of new sites, scripts, and wallet pop-ups… When I run into something like that, I instinctively check the contract first and look at the permissions—if I can avoid it, I avoid it. Honestly, I’d rather make a little less than use some “all-in style” authorization and end up paying tuition for the next few years’ salary. For now, that’s it.
