I just saw that the X platform has made a new move, cutting the revenue share of aggregated accounts directly to 60%, and I hear it will be lowered again in the next cycle. Product manager Nikita Bir was very straightforward, saying that those accounts on the platform that post clickbait every day with full-screen "BREAKING" tags are really annoying, not only squeezing out space for genuine content creators but also making it hard for newcomers to develop.

The key is their clear attitude: they won't restrict your speech or reduce your exposure, but if you rely on clickbait and system tricks to make money, your income will keep declining. Those accounts habitually posting clickbait content and using "BREAKING" as their bread and butter are definitely going to have a tough time. Essentially, X wants to clean up these marketing accounts and restore the platform to normal.

This adjustment is quite interesting; I wonder if it will really reduce those garbage clickbait contents?
