Mars Finance News reports: On April 29, Amazon launched its self-developed desktop AI agent similar to OpenClaw on Tuesday, and rolled out multiple standalone AI service offerings, officially stepping up to compete for a larger share of the enterprise software market.

This desktop agent is a newly upgraded version of Amazon’s existing cloud service, Amazon Quick. It can independently complete a range of office tasks, including writing emails and pulling up personal data and materials.

Amazon said that Quick can run across multiple ecosystems and is compatible with mainstream productivity tools such as Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, Slack, and Zoom. It can also seamlessly access user data distributed across different platforms.

The desktop version also supports the agent proactively pushing reminders on demand—for example, scenarios such as documents that need updates, missed emails, and business orders that need follow-up in the Salesforce system. (Wide-angle Observation)
