China's CAICT Launches DeepSeek V4 Localization Adaptation Testing

On April 27, according to the China Academy of Information and Communications Technology (CAICT), artificial intelligence, represented by large models, has become a core force driving technological transformation and industrial upgrading. The iteration speed of domestic large models continues to accelerate, and the demand for collaborative innovation between AI software and hardware is increasingly strong. Recently, the new generation model DeepSeek V4 was officially released and open-sourced simultaneously. On the day of the release, several domestic hardware manufacturers initiated ‘0-day adaptation’, marking a new phase of ‘synchronous iteration and seamless integration’ for domestic AI software and hardware, further highlighting the importance of collaborative optimization between software and hardware. To promote the deep adaptation of DeepSeek V4 with domestic software and hardware, and to accelerate technological collaboration and industrial application implementation, the CAICT, in collaboration with the AI Software and Hardware Collaborative Innovation and Adaptation Verification Center (located in the Beijing Economic-Technological Development Area National Innovation Park), has officially launched the localization adaptation testing for DeepSeek V4.
