The more I look at it, the more I feel that the difference between grid/DCA and a single trade isn't in the returns, but in sleep quality...

A single trade is suitable for those who think "I've accepted it, even if I lose, don't bother me," with high emotional tension but few decision points;
Grid/DCA, frankly, is about breaking yourself into many small, timid steps, relying on discipline to get through, at the cost of having to watch it every day and easily messing up parameters.

Recently, AI Agents and automated trading have been hyped up again, but the more on-chain interactions become automated, the more security feels like outsourcing to strangers: contract permissions, authorizations, private key custody—these pitfalls, someone will always ignore them.
I'm most afraid not of losses, but of being liquidated or stolen in the middle of the night, waking up in a cold sweat...
So I prefer grid+DCA, at least I know what I'm doing, for now.
