These days, I've been a bit obsessed with looking at DAO proposals.
Later, I forced myself to "stop" first, to avoid just scrolling and liking at the same time.
Honestly, many proposals are written very ideally; what really matters are the incentives: who gets subsidies, who has voting rights, whose votes count more, and whether the voting thresholds are high or low—all are shapes of the power structure.
Adding to that, recently some regions have been raising taxes and adjusting compliance—sometimes cracking down, sometimes relaxing—people's expectations for deposits and withdrawals have changed, making on-chain sentiment more prone to follow emotions...
My current approach is to stop chasing hot topics, to pause and observe how the "money and power" in proposals evolve, to stop scrolling through group messages, and to slowly complete the ecosystem map.
