Visa Adds Polygon to Stablecoin Settlement Program as Run Rate Reaches $7B
Visa added Polygon to its stablecoin settlement program as the annualized run rate reached $7 billion this quarter. Issuers and acquirers on Visa can now settle stablecoins through the Polygon network. Visa said the run rate is 50% higher than three months ago. Polygon said 54% of USDC transfers occur on its network.
