Lately, I've been feeling a bit anxious due to gas fees... Interacting on the mainnet feels more reassuring, but every click feels like burning money; the L2 experience is much smoother, and most of the time I'm just doing tasks/voting/small exchanges, so there's no need to hard-core on the mainnet. My compromise is: try to keep daily interactions on L2 as much as possible, only use the mainnet for "things that must happen on the mainnet" (like consolidating important assets, or protocols that only recognize the mainnet), and also set specific time periods to monitor gas fees. If it exceeds my acceptable range, I just give up and come back tomorrow.

Recently, I've also seen some places raising taxes and tightening regulations, then loosening again, which really affects my expectations for deposits and withdrawals... Honestly, the more uncertain it is, the more I want to make my operations more controllable: less fuss, fewer cross-chain moves, shorter routes, and keep good records. As a result, I don't dare to talk about "fate," but I can say that, probabilistically, low-frequency but continuous and cost-controlled interactions at least won't exhaust me internally first.
