I find that unrealized losses really can be more frustrating than unrealized gains. Clearly I haven't sold yet, but my mind automatically starts playing out "Did I judge wrong?" "Should I cut now?" On the other hand, unrealized gains are very Zen; if it goes up, it's just... well, pretty good, I'll just keep doing other things. Honestly, when I’m at a loss, it feels like being pulled by the collar, replaying that bearish candle before bed.

I also get itchy fingers to click on tasks, but now I’ve set a smaller goal for myself: only look at on-chain data twice a day, do a little if I can, forget it if I can’t. This actually helps me stick to it better, no need to treat every fluctuation as a verdict on my fate. Let’s start with this.
