I just realized an important thing about LTH accumulation: it's an indicator that requires a lot of patience. Many traders rush to look at LTH data and go all-in immediately, but this is not an accurate timing tool.
My strategy is more cautious. I wait for several conditions to align first before starting to be aggressive:
First, the spot price must be higher than the perpetuals. Second, the premium must be positive or at least break even. Third, the weekly chart must show a clean pullback. Only when these three conditions are met do I start to reduce risk exposure.
Before that? LTH is a slow-moving signal, so I just chill. No need to chase. LTH accumulation is a process, not a sprint.
Until all technical conditions align, the best strategy is to hold patience and wait for the proper setup. I'm used to this waiting game.
