$DOGE The eagle has already gone too far!

These past two days, Elon Musk has been clashing with OpenAI, with evidence supporting Musk's side. The court displayed a segment of email correspondence from 2017 between the two co-founders, Elon Musk and Sam Altman.
At that time, Musk's message was very direct: either become completely independent or continue as a non-profit organization. He stated, "I have already invested a lot of money into you."
Sam Altman's reply was that he still supported the non-profit model.
But within the same month, another co-founder of OpenAI, Greg Brockman, secretly wrote in his diary that if they turned into a profit-making commercial company in three months, then what they initially told them—that they were creating a non-profit—was just a lie.
Since then, the story of OpenAI is well known: it became a revenue-generating commercial company, constantly raising funds, telling stories, and selling shares, while Musk's previous investments were no longer acknowledged by these guys.
