Tillis says he will oppose Senate crypto bill without ethics language

Senator Thom Tillis said he will not support the Senate crypto market structure bill unless it includes ethics provisions for White House officials. Senator Ruben Gallego said there is no final bill without a bipartisan agreement on the ethics provision. The House passed its version, the CLARITY Act, in July.
