Bitcoin, Ether and Solana Fall as Hormuz Standoff Pushes Brent Above $109

Bitcoin fell 2.4% to $76,923 on Tuesday morning, while Brent crude traded above $109 during the Strait of Hormuz standoff. Ether fell 3.7% to $2,290 and Solana dropped 3.9% to $84.10 after bitcoin reversed from $79,399 on Monday. Mike Novogratz said demand is improving, while CryptoQuant founder Ki Young-Ju said the move above $79,000 was driven mainly by a short squeeze.
