Lately, I've been obsessively grinding testnet points, and honestly, it started as practice, but then I began to subconsciously expect "some kind of reward," which makes me most prone to losing control.
My stop-loss is set at two points: time stop-loss + emotional stop-loss—if I do tasks for two consecutive days and start rushing more and more, staying up late watching tutorials/scripts, I just stop directly, no forcing it;
And if I see in the group chat "large transfer on certain chain" or "hot and cold wallet movements on exchanges = smart money coming," I can't help but want to double down and grind more, then that also triggers the stop-loss—shut down the computer and take a walk.
What I fear most isn't slowness, but chaos: slow gains a bit, but chaos really can ruin the rhythm and discipline altogether, and I definitely don't want to come back to this again.
