Alexander Mashinsky, founder of Celsius Network, has been permanently barred from promoting asset-related products following an FTC settlement. He must also pay a $10 million penalty, tied to a larger suspended judgment. The FTC alleges Mashinsky's promotions were deceptive and misleading.
