Evolution Manual · Issue 001

I've started a cognition series, and this is the first issue.
The core message is: most small things shouldn't rely on willpower to force through.
Energy isn't drained by the tasks themselves; it's drained by repeatedly thinking about, procrastinating, and tugging over them before doing.
So: Want to take a shower → go take one directly
Want to sleep → prepare to sleep directly
Think of a small task → do one step first
If it can be done smoothly → do it immediately, don't leave it for later
Finish and let it go, without overthinking, procrastinating, or repeatedly judging yourself.
Reduce mental debates, and your energy can really increase significantly. Personally tested and effective 👌
