Israel Says Gaza Airstrike Killed Hamas Intelligence Operations Chief

Israel said an airstrike in northern Gaza killed Iyad Ahmed Abdul-Rahman Shambari, the head of the operations department of Hamas military intelligence headquarters. The Israel Defense Forces and the Israel Security Agency issued the joint statement on the 29th. The statement said the strike took place on the 28th.
