Bitwise CIO Says Strategy Drove Bitcoin's Recent 20% Rally
Bitwise CIO Matt Hougan said Strategy’s Bitcoin accumulation was the main driver of Bitcoin’s recent 20% rally. Hougan said Strategy added $7.2 billion of Bitcoin over the past eight weeks. Hougan said Strategy now holds 818,334 BTC, surpassing BlackRock’s holdings. Hougan said Bitcoin ETFs bought $380 million since March 1, but he described Strategy as the bigger factor.
