According to the announcement, Microsoft will continue to serve as OpenAI's primary cloud service partner and will have priority access; at the same time, Microsoft will obtain a non-exclusive license to OpenAI's intellectual property; additionally, Microsoft will continue to participate in OpenAI's business growth as a major shareholder.
