Bitmine Adds Staking of 112,000 ETH, Total Surpasses $8.8 Billion

The crypto company Bitmine, led by Tom Lee, has once again increased its exposure to Ethereum through staking activities.
Bitmine reportedly added staking of 112,656 ETH with a value of about $260 juta.
With this addition, the total ETH staked by Bitmine reaches approximately 3,814,245 ETH, with a valuation of about $8.8 billion.
This amount represents roughly 75.11% of the company’s total ETH holdings, indicating an aggressive strategy to maximize yield from the assets it holds.
Staking itself allows ETH holders to earn returns by participating in the network validation process.
This move also signals long-term confidence in the Ethereum ecosystem, especially amid developments in the DeFi sector and blockchain infrastructure.
However, large exposure to staking also comes with risks, including price volatility and the potential for changes in network conditions.
With such a significant allocation, Bitmine’s movements are one of the important indicators for assessing institutional strategies toward crypto assets.
