Recently, hot topics change too quickly, and attention is being pulled along. The easiest thing to do is: see others talking about RWA, and then compare on-chain yield products using US bond yields. When in a hurry, you think "Did I miss out?" and jump in, only for the trend to change a few days later and cut your position again. To put it plainly, many losses are not because the project deceived you, but because your attention was sold.

I now set a simple rule for myself: if I see a new narrative, wait overnight; if I still want to buy the next day, then consider it. Also, don’t put your entire position at once—better to eat less than to get emotionally carried away. My partner also complains, "You scroll Twitter like watching TV shows," and I can only admit… Anyway, I first turn off leverage to prevent the market from teaching you an emotional lesson.
