Crypto界网消息，中央网信办（国家网信办）副主任牛一兵在发布会上表示，今年以来，中央网信办聚焦人工智能的新技术新应用，持续加强制度供给，会同有关部门出台了《人工智能拟人化互动服务管理暂行办法》，并就数字虚拟人信息服务管理办法面向全社会公开征求意见。本届大会专门设置了人工智能赋能网络文明建设分论坛，聚焦人工智能技术演进、创新发展和安全治理，深入开展交流研讨，推动人工智能创新成果更好地转化为网络文明建设的实际成效。届时论坛将发布《人工智能应用伦理安全指引（1.0版）》，聚焦人工智能对社会关系、情感依赖、公共秩序、个体权益等方面可能造成的影响，提供相关的实践参考，帮助各方更好地把握发展方向，守好安全底线。
