Crypto World News reports that the National Data Development Research Institute held a themed exchange event on data development theory and practice in Fuzhou City on April 28, during which the "Computing and Power Collaboration Technology and Industry Integration Innovation Consortium" was established.

Vice President Yuan Jun of the National Data Research Institute stated that the current development of computing and power collaboration faces a coordination dilemma among safety, green, and economic goals, known as the "Impossible Triangle" challenge.
The rapid growth in computing power demand and the long construction cycle of energy facilities are mismatched, and "electricity and computing" can easily lead to overcapacity and resource waste.
A unified national strategy is needed, integrating computing power and power grid planning into a unified spatial system, with moderate foresight and dynamic adaptation to AI development.
