I've actually made a decision to delete it.
I wonder if there are any brothers who are in the same situation as me.
In the past, I could quietly read a book or watch a movie.
Now it's getting harder and harder, scrolling through short videos for a long time.
I directly look for movie explanations or those reading programs like Fan Deng.
I think that's faster and more convenient, but then I realize.
It seems my brain has become useless and I can no longer concentrate.
Watching a drama halfway, I subconsciously want to switch out and search.
It's like being hijacked by an invisible fast-paced rhythm.

but in reality, we're just constantly swallowing cheap fragments of pleasure.
When life is played at double speed,
how much of the original feelings of being touched have we lost?
I plan to do a period of decluttering and letting go,
to see if I can regain that slow, focused attention.
