Recently, I saw L2 arguing over TPS, fees, and subsidies which is more attractive... I see it as piecing together a color palette: all quite bright, but don’t just chase the new colors, make sure the foundation (security) is solid first. When assets are not many, I honestly use a hardware wallet; plugging it in and unplugging feels quite secure. When it reaches a “sleep-deprived” level, multi-signature is more like splitting keys and keeping them separate—more trouble but more reliable. For family/friends who can lend a hand, social recovery is quite suitable, at least it prevents a single paper from being lost and wiping everything out. To put it simply, choosing which one depends not on trends, but on whether you can bear the cost of “slipping up once.”

What I fear most isn’t actually missing out on opportunities, but discovering one day that I’ve sold my backup options along with everything else.
