Refly is an open-source platform for building intelligent assistant skills. By defining workflows in natural language, it automatically generates skill packages that can run in mainstream programming tools like Claude Code, Cursor, Codex, and others. Its goal is to turn skills into reusable infrastructure rather than hardcoded prompts.

It addresses a real pain point: many people spend time crafting effective prompts, only to have to start over when switching scenarios. Refly turns this process into a building system—by defining inputs, outputs, and logic, it can generate standardized skill files that can be imported directly into different tools, saving a lot of repetitive work.
It already comes with many ready-made skills, including Lovable interface templates, Slack bots, and Feishu robot solutions. It has been submitted nearly 9,000 times and has high activity.
If you need to use multiple programming tools simultaneously or want to solidify workflow patterns into shareable skill modules, this is worth checking out. The idea that skills are infrastructure is just emerging, and Refly is currently the fastest open-source implementation in this direction.
