In the past, every project team was ambitious—leaving Web2 jobs to chase their dreams and start their own businesses. They had money, technology, and a team.

Now, many project teams are getting laid off from Web2 companies, sipping a bit of Xiaohongshu-style “chicken soup” pep talk, and coming to Web3 to start ventures with Vibe coding—one big pile of crap. They want you to put in the work, and they also want you to pay.
Today’s VCs aren’t short of money—they just really can’t place investments. Investing in garbage will get them scolded by their bosses 😂
