Just now I got the itch again to chase a green candle turning red, paused for 5 seconds and asked myself: Am I adding to my "information" or adding to my "emotion"? Honestly, most of the time it's the latter, especially when I see the chat flooding or some L2 discussions starting to bash TPS/fees/subsidies, arguing like a market stall, the more I watch, the more I want to rush in.

Why can I stay a bit calmer: I have a very simple habit—before adding to my position, I first check three things on the chain: large transfers / contract address interactions / project treasury movements, take screenshots if possible, and note the timestamp. If I can't find anything, I just tell myself I'm being driven by emotion and hold my position. Anyway, I’d rather miss out than become the kind of person who says "I felt it was about to take off, so I rushed in" as a story.
