CATL announced that the shareholder holding more than 5%, Ningbo United Innovation New Energy Investment Management Partnership (Limited Partnership), reduced its holdings by transferring 58 million shares through an inquiry-based transfer, accounting for 1.27% of the company’s total share capital, with a transfer price of 410.34 yuan per share, totaling 23.8 billion yuan.
After the equity change, Ningbo United Innovation’s shareholding ratio in the company decreased from 6.23% to 4.96%, and it no longer holds the status of a major shareholder.
This equity change will not lead to changes in the company’s controlling shareholder or actual controller, nor will it have a significant impact on the company’s governance structure or ongoing operations.
The transferred shares received by the transferee cannot be transferred within 6 months after the transfer.
