According to PeckShield monitoring, a vault named YieldCore-3rd-deal on the TradingProtocol platform was hacked, resulting in a loss of approximately $398k. The attack was due to the vault contract lacking verification of caller permissions, allowing the hacker to bypass authorization and extract all funds from the vault. PeckShield later clarified that the compromised vault is a third-party vault listed on the TradingProtocol platform that does not require permission, and is not part of the protocol itself. Users are currently advised to review related interaction permissions to avoid potential risks.
