U.S. District Court Judge Lewis Kaplan officially denied the former FTX CEO Sam Bankman-Fried's (SBF) motion for a retrial. Previously, SBF presented so-called "new evidence," claiming that FTX was still solvent at the time of bankruptcy and accused the Department of Justice of intimidating witnesses.
