On April 28th local time, reports indicate that Apple is planning a major upgrade to the built-in photo editing features on iPhone, iPad, and Mac, with a deep reliance on artificial intelligence technology to narrow the competitive gap with Android devices. According to insiders, the company is developing a new suite of tools powered by the Apple Intelligence platform for iOS 27, iPadOS 27, and macOS 27, which are scheduled to be released this fall. These features will allow users to utilize AI models on the device to expand, enhance, and recompose images. Insiders say the processing usually takes only a few seconds. (Interface)
