I am increasingly convinced of one thing: stop-losses are really a bit like breaking up, dragging it out without clarifying, only making the pain worse. Admitting loss early is not shameful; on the contrary, it saves attention and interest, and also allows the mindset to breathe.

These days, everyone is interpreting ETF capital flows, U.S. stock risk appetite, and the rise and fall of the crypto market together. I also look at them, but honestly, look at them, don’t treat them as “must follow” instructions. I can’t control how the market develops; what I can control are position size and exit points. Set them and execute, don’t take “wait a bit longer” as faith… that’s all for now.
