United Nations: Shipping traffic related to the Strait of Hormuz has decreased by 95.3%

Golden Finance reports that on April 29th, UN Secretary-General’s spokesperson Diarick stated at a routine press conference that, according to the newly launched online tracking dashboard by the United Nations Conference on Trade and Development (UNCTAD), since February 28th, the shipping traffic related to the Strait of Hormuz has decreased by 95.3%. Meanwhile, global bulk food prices have increased by 6%, and European crude oil prices have risen by 53%.
