The U.S. Senate rejects resolution to restrict Trump's use of military force against Cuba

The resolution aimed to prevent President Trump from initiating military action against Cuba without congressional authorization. The resolution was introduced by several Democrats, intending to prohibit Trump from using force to overthrow the Cuban government.
