Abstract generation in progress

The Tel-Aviv District Court has approved the Section 350 Arrangement for L.I.A. Pure Capital Ltd. to acquire all outstanding shares of Xylo Technologies Ltd. The transaction, which shareholders approved on May 27, 2025, must be completed within 180 days, leading to XYLO’s delisting from Nasdaq and the termination of its U.S. public-company reporting obligations. This approval removes the primary legal hurdle for the take-private deal.
