What does modular blockchain have to do with me anyway? I’ve thought about it for a while, and maybe there are only two points: whether the few operations in my wallet can be smoother, and not getting stuck in traffic jams during peak times; and whether cross-chain and asset swapping can have fewer “mystical steps,” so it doesn’t feel like opening a blind box every time.

Honestly, modularity sounds like a romantic idea for engineers, but for end users, a smooth experience without crashes is what really matters. Recently, everyone’s been complaining that validators are earning too much, and MEV is making transaction ordering unfair. I also find it annoying: why does someone always get to jump the queue for the same confirmation? Anyway, I prefer to take a low-volatility approach and go slow. The fewer hot topics I chase, the better; chasing after hot trends just means I’ll be in debt for a long time.
