Lately, the hot topics rotate too quickly, and once attention is diverted, hands get itchy, resulting in the tendency to provide liquidity during the "first minute of hype." I now set a rule for myself: when I see trending keywords, don’t rush in immediately; first check if the pool is deep enough, if the routing is roundabout, if there are taxes (like blacklists), and if slippage is set too high, it’s basically giving gifts to others. Some regions are also discussing tax increases / compliance loosening, and as everyone’s deposit and withdrawal expectations change, emotions become more frantic, but the more anxious, the easier it is to get cut. Honestly, I’d rather miss a wave than be the bag-holder during the loudest moments. That’s it for now.
