These past two days, the funding rate has swung to an extreme—at this point I even want to change my avatar to gray first… Honestly, the feeling that it’s like “the whole network is getting shoved to one side” is just way too obvious. Trade as the counterparty—on paper it sounds great, but once you actually make the move, you realize you’re not trading; you’re just fighting your emotions head-on: a single needle pricks in and it blows up faster than anyone else. It’s not embarrassing to dodge volatility. I usually cut my position first, then wait until the funding rate drops from “absurd” back into a “decent/okay” range before anything else.

And there are people who keep watching large on-chain transfers and any unusual movements between exchanges’ hot and cold wallets every day, treating it as “smart money” pointing the way… I look too, but I treat it more as a reminder: today might be easier to stir things up—don’t treat it like a script. Anyway, my choices are more conservative right now. If I can avoid it, I won’t charge in. Forget it—let’s not talk about win rates for now. I’m just keeping my life.
