Lately I've seen a bunch of PFP/members shouting "brand storytelling," and I'm actually quite conflicted: long-term value might exist, but more often it feels like a relay race for short-term attention. To put it simply, what you're really buying is the "visibility" qualification. The part of the community that actually gets things done is often not as noisy.

And recently, cross-chain bridges have had issues again, and when oracles go haywire, everyone immediately switches to "waiting for confirmation" mode. I find it even harder to believe that member rights relying solely on consensus can withstand risks... I’d rather spend 12U first to test the waters, see if it works, check for any suspicious permissions in the contract, and observe for two days before deciding. Anyway, I’ll silently mark suspicious ones first, so I don’t end up hearing later, "I didn’t notice at the time."
