These days, the funding rate has been swinging to extremes again, and there's a heated debate in the group: should we expect a reversal or continue to squeeze the bubble? I first thought about my own "permissions" issue, to be honest, no matter how the market jumps, losing everything is a one-time wipeout.

For small amounts, my hardware wallet is sufficient; just confirm with a plug-in, and I feel at ease. But once the position gets larger, I start to worry: not about being hacked, but about slipping up, signing incorrectly, or storing the seed phrase in the wrong place. Multi-signature is more like "locking up impulsiveness"; it’s a bit more complicated to operate but can prevent single points of failure. I used to be very resistant to social recovery, always feeling it was troublesome for others, but after setting up reminders and limits, I actually felt relieved: I pay less attention to the market daily, and when I want to make a move, the limit first blocks me, giving my brain an extra second to stay calm… pretty worthwhile. As for which option to choose, it still depends on whether losing this money now would keep you awake at night; if it would, don’t mind the trouble. That’s all for now.
