I've been lurking in the group for a long time, but I still want to chime in: MEV, to put it simply, is on-chain "cutting in line," but the real victims aren't just the ones who get snatched. You think you're just paying a bit more slippage, but in reality, it's often about the path being altered, the transaction order being washed, and ultimately ending up with "I clearly interacted step by step, so why are my costs increasing?"
Recently, what makes me more anxious about interactions is that when tools and tagging systems lag or are misled, the witch-hunting judgment becomes more like mysticism...
You think you're decentralized, like a real person, but when sorting + bots mix in, on-chain behavior looks more like a "template."
Anyway, I'd rather go slower, break things into smaller parts, chase fewer hot topics, than be fuel in someone else's queue.
For now, that's it. Keep enduring.
