Golden Finance reported that on April 29, the judge overseeing the lawsuit between Musk and OpenAI asked the technology executives involved in the legal battle not to post too much on social media. The day before, the world’s richest man launched a series of attacks on the leadership of OpenAI, the owner of ChatGPT, calling its CEO “fraudster Oltman.” Ahead of Tuesday’s court statements, U.S. District Judge Yirogers urged Musk and OpenAI’s peers to “control the way they use social media, so that things outside the courtroom don’t get worse.” Musk, Oltman, and OpenAI President Gebrokman all said they would comply.
