Lately, I keep hearing people say "It's all on the chain," but honestly, what you're seeing as "on the chain" might be a delayed version. Slow node synchronization, RPC congestion, queued index services—these can cause the transaction status you see to be off by half a day, or even show differently on different platforms... I now assume there’s always some lag in on-chain data, especially during peak times. Don’t rush to draw conclusions, and definitely don’t use a screenshot to argue.

By the way, recently there’s a lot of talk about ETF capital flows and interpretations of U.S. stock market risk appetite. When everyone’s emotions run high, they want to find "on-chain evidence" to support their views. But often, it’s just because you’re using different entry points or update frequencies. My approach is pretty simple: check the same thing from at least two different sources, and if necessary, directly look up the raw transaction in a browser before deciding whether to act. Better to be cautious than mysterious; just don’t let the "what I see on the chain" set the pace.
