$BIO The current market situation is very delicate: the price has risen above 0.032, and the long and short ratio of smart money and whales are both around 53%-61%. The bulls are slightly favored, but the short positions in loss are large, and the profit ratio is very low. This is a typical "nurturing short" pattern.
The script is likely to play out like this:
The market maker first consolidates and fluctuates at this level, even intentionally making a small dip to around 0.031, to give trapped shorts hope of liquidation, while attracting new shorts to enter "top-fishing." Once enough fuel is accumulated, a sudden large bullish candle breaks through 0.033, causing shorts to be completely liquidated and becoming fuel for the rally. After the shorts are wiped out, the price will quickly fall back, trapping those chasing the rise, completing a two-way harvest.
Simply put: squeeze the shorts first, then kill the longs, and profit from both sides.
